Beautiful Crew

Belly Lau | Maya Road

I had a busy month doing exam revision with my son, and finally I have time to do something relax. I always love to make a layout when I have some free time like one hour or two, so then I sit down on the sofa and scroll on my phone, looking for a good photo which I would like to use it for making a layout. This photo took on 2010, where my daughter was 3.

Die-cutting is the most I used these days on layout, just because they are flexible to be used with different kinds of paper or even felt. Like this layout, I used this beautiful Tropical Flowers Die Set to highlight the photo and the page title. My cutting pads are old, so not all the lines were clearly cut, but don't care about the shapes which are not totally cut through, it is fine, just leave them like this and you will find this is cool.

This layout is all about girls, so the Wood Hey Girl Tokens are perfect to accent the layout.

Next to the title, I cut a Kraft Shipping Tag and adhere between the tore paper, topped with a Framed Sayings Transparency, the flower and leaf die cuts, the wood token and a Crystal Flower Button, the button gives shine on the layout.

Although you may not find the same steel dies at home, but you can use another set instead, which is not solid one would be also fine to be used on layout. Let's try one today.

Enjoy!!!

Thanks for stopping by :)
