2016 Hanging Calendar

These inexpensive Ikea frames are excellent for removing the inserts and getting creative with the space.  I like having a quick reference desk calendar so I chose to hang a monthly calendar from mine and go nuts with Maya Road embellishments and some paper scraps.


My cover features these awesome new metal number clips from Maya Road. I think they were such a cool way to add the year!


I used large book rings to hold the punched pages and tied a bright bow and a couple of tassels to it.  I like dangling elements. 


I combined die cut flat flowers, small paper roses, and a large tulle flower to really pop next to the year and bright crocheted trim.

Now I have an entire year of beautiful pages to enjoy!
